The issue with Team auction is only good players get to play...rest average players are never selected
The event which was conducted was good where there were strong , medium and weak teams. All participated as they have passion for the game.
There should be an event where entries will be taken by managing committee and teams should be defined as per committee. So there will be mixture of strong and weak players. No one team will be strong...think about this
