Summer Camp
A summer camp is a structured, activity-based program designed to engage participants, typically children and teenagers, in fun, educational, and recreational activities during their summer break. These camps provide opportunities for skill development, social interaction, and personal growth in a supportive and enjoyable environment.
International Exposure
International exposure refers to the opportunity to engage with people, cultures, and systems from different countries. It can involve participating in programs, competitions, internships, or activities abroad, fostering a broader worldview and enriching personal and professional growth.

HighIntensity Sports (HIS) is committed to igniting a passion for athletics in India. Our mission is to create enriching experiences through top-tier coaching in a well-structured environment, focusing on joy, well-being, and sportsmanship. We reflect this through the organization of premier sporting events

Women’s Defense Initiative
HIS is launching a new initiative to empower women. The goal is to change mindsets from childhood, eliminate gender discrimination, and instill equality early in life. We aim to promote care and respect for all, while fostering a positive attitude to help women face challenges confidently.
Purpose of the Initiative
The initiative focuses on reshaping thought patterns, eliminating jealousy, and building confidence. It seeks to empower women to live without fear and to embrace challenges through a positive mindset, creating a more harmonious society.


Pilot Project
We will analyze female crime statistics in states like Maharashtra, collecting data on population history and criminal activity. The goal is to compare results with successful programs in other countries, with a focus on implementing solutions that work.
Centres for Women’s Defence Training
Maharashtra already has 720 centers for women’s self-defense training. This initiative aims to establish similar centers across other regions, providing education and practical self-defense skills to empower women and ensure their safety.


Training Program
Selected trainees will be chosen based on age and suitability. Once trained, they will visit schools and societies to train other girls. A batch of 30 women will be selected, focusing on Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in Maharashtra.
Evaluation and Certification
Competitions will be held every six months to assess progress. Upon completion of the program, coaches will receive certifications and level designations, recognizing their achievements in training and empowering others.

Self-Defense Components
- Situational Awareness: Stay alert, trust your instincts, and plan escape routes.
- Verbal Self-Defence: Use assertive language and create loud, attention-drawing situations if necessary.
- Physical Techniques: Learn to target vulnerable areas such as eyes, nose, throat, groin, and knees.

Confidence and Training
Self-defence is not just about physical strength, but also about mindset. Stay calm, confident, and ready to act in the face of danger. Training in martial arts such as Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or Kickboxing can build both confidence and preparedness.
