
Walkathon For a Healthy Tomorrow
HighIntensity is proud to announce the successful completion of its first Walkathon, organized in collaboration with Indo Scots Global School!
It was a wonderful sight to see parents and children come together, taking a strong step towards supporting a healthier tomorrow and adopting a healthy lifestyle.
At HighIntensity, we believe that embracing a healthy lifestyle is crucial not just for physical fitness, but also for long-term well-being and consistency in everyday life.
Today’s Walkathon was followed by an insightful session featuring three esteemed guest speakers who shared their expertise on the importance of maintaining and adapting to a healthier lifestyle:
Dr. Aparna Chavachan (Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapist) on lung and heart health,
Ms. Supria Kedar (Pathologist) on early disease detection, and
Ms. Anuradha Joshi (Nutritionist and Pharmacist) on healthy eating habits.
Together, these inspiring women spoke passionately about the changes needed to achieve and sustain better health.
It was an extremely informative and engaging event, and we are thrilled with the overwhelming positive response we received from all the participants.
