Surface Reqirements
The Basic Requirements
1) The basic ground must be clean, dry, smooth and no cracks.
2) It is better to ensure 15 C for indoor temperature It should not be installed under 0 C or higher 35 C
3) Indoor atmosphere requirement: Between 20%-75%.
4) The concrete ground is supposed to have low moisture content less than 2.5% and the gypsum ground should be less than 0.5%.
5) Error of 2 meter ruler on floor surface should be within 3mm.
6) The ground should be cleaned before installation, unfolded the floor on ground more than 24 hours in advance and the local temperature should not be lower than 15 C.
7) Besides, it also can be installed on wooden floor, compound wood floor, tile floor, marble floor and soon.

MAPLE WOOD-We are offering Maple & Teak wooden flooring for sports courts. Maple wood is the hardest of hard woods and is the recommended wood for squash, basketball, badminton & Multi Purpose Courts.

Top layer is pure EPDM granules which is made with “Ethylene propylene diene monomer” with color pigment.
Color are inbuilt with granules which will never loss original color.
Granule standard size in 1-4 mm.
Top layer of EPDM is fix of 6 mm thickness in any system.
We will create any design/school logo over this EPDM surface of 6 mm only…rest is the cushion base surface.
EPDM granules have high weather and heat resistance properties…mainly non-toxic product.
